Customer collections during Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The safety of our customers and colleagues is very important to us, and in order to comply with Government guidelines:
- Orders should be phoned through to the branch or emailed
- We are limiting the number of people on site at any given time
- We will direct you to the best location to collect your products
- Depending on the type of products you are buying, you may need to load your own vehicle
- If possible, we will load your products onto your vehicle by forklift whilst you remain inside it
- If you do need to leave your vehicle, please maintain a minimum safe distance of 2m from other people at all times
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you with lifting heavier items if we cannot maintain social distancing
Customer deliveries during Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The safety of our customers and colleagues is very important to us, and in order to comply with Government guidelines:
- Orders should be phoned through to the branch or emailed
- Our drivers are instructed to carry out kerbside deliveries only
- During the delivery, please stand clear and maintain a minimum safe distance of 2m from our driver at all times
- Unfortunately, our driver is unable to assist you with lifting heavier items if we cannot maintain social distancing
- We will not require any signatures on paperwork. The driver will sign on the customer’s behalf (writing the name in block capitals)
- If our driver feels that the delivery cannot be made safely, they have been asked to inform M&M and the customer of this and return to our branch.
